Refund and Returns Policy

At Success Legacy, we strive to deliver the highest quality in all our coaching programs, events, and digital learning experiences. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds or cancellations.

1. General Policy

All purchases made through our website, including courses, coaching programs, workshops, and digital products, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing or under special circumstances approved by our team. By purchasing our services or products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Inability to attend a live or online session
  • Delays caused by third-party platforms or payment gateways
  • Dissatisfaction with content after full access is granted
  • Partial use of any course or program

3. Eligible Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Technical error during the transaction (validated by our payment gateway)
  • Cancellation of a live event or program by Success Legacy
  • Failure to provide access to a paid course within 7 working days

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Event/Workshop Cancellations

If a workshop, training session, or live event is cancelled or postponed by Success Legacy, participants will be:

  • Offered a full refund
  • Provided with an option to transfer to another batch/event

No refund will be issued for “No-shows” or missed attendance without prior notice.

5. Coaching Programs

All one-on-one or group coaching programs are non-refundable once the program starts or access is granted. In special cases, deferral to another batch may be allowed upon written request and review.

6. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods (e.g., eBooks, recorded sessions, modules, toolkits), once purchased and accessed/downloaded, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (in eligible scenarios only), please email us within 5 days of your transaction with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Email ID used for the purchase
  • Contact Number
  • Payment Reference ID / Transaction ID
  • Reason for Refund Request
